Nice and clean hotel. Perfect location and a nice sundeck rooftop. The balcony was big and at night there hardly is any noise.
Great buffet & breakfast. Only feedback we had is to put descriptions of the food with every meal and to lower the prices of a drink at the buffet.
We’re happy about this hotel. The location is excellent, the chambers are good and always clean, the food is excellent, and the servants are very friendly, especially the waitress behind the bar with curly hair, ponytail and glasses. She deserves a bonus. We definitely recommend this hotel. We have nothing to complain about.
You pay for the location, rooms are not sound proof you can hear the loud music from the streets, room has a smoke detector with an annoying blinking light, overall room has a lack of detail
Great place for bringing kids! Crikvenica is a very nice place too. Only complaint that it was a little bit loud during the evening.
We went for dinner on Hotel's terrace. Place was not busy it was Monday 9.30PM. Waitress was overfrendly not professional, did not understand Croatian word for minerał water. Four cocktails came fast, but for two wok dishes and fries we waited for 30 minutes, and after we got it we waited some more for utensiles. As soon as food was served waitress brought bill. No attempt to sell more cocktails of deserts. So we had those elswhere. During our time on terrace, filled mostly with German-speaking guests, black and white, very graphic, documentary was played on big-screen TV about Hitler's Germany and it's crimes in WW2. Person working on reception was not concerned about that. Seems that staff was completed by scrapping from the bottom of the barrel. I feel sorry for investors.
Stuff can be a really unpolite they need put more people in reception.... Parking you need to pay €12. Breakfast is nothing special just simple. Ice cream is amazing hotel is tidy and clean. Rooms are really nice. They have just one small elevator.
This review is for the bar only. We came here for the cocktails but we were disappointed. We had 4 different cocktails, including Long Island and they were all watery and we couldn’t taste the alcohol even in Long Island. After talking to the staff we found out that they have lowered the amount they put in to 0.2!!!! I would not recommend this place at all and we would not be returning! There are other places where you can enjoy real cocktails!
Rubbish service, i have been sitting at table for 15 minutes, table still had glasses and stuff from previous order and before collecting old stuff he made order from us. Absolut catastrophy service.
!!!please never order coffee it is disgusting!!!
